Scheduling
We ask clients to maintain grooming appointments of 8 weeks due to matting and to ensure behavior issues don’t arise between dog and groomer.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. If a client fails to cancel and no shows, we assess a $25 fee prior to booking another appointment. We respect your time and ask that you respect ours.
